This is a brow perfecting, water resistant, brow pencil
What it does:
Water resistant. long wearing, ideal for humid climates and oily skin. Perfect for achieving a defined line along the brow for definition. Perfect for covering scars and holes.
Apply powder or pomade on top of the brow to fill and enhance, finish with Brow Gel. This pencil is great for growing rows or ½ rows to camouflage and neaten while growing brows back.
